NO HEADHONES: USATF rules (Click here and read rule #144.3b) prohibit the use of headphones and similar devices on the racecourse.
This rule will be enforced during the Spring Equinox Race. Runners should not bring these devices with them to the race.
Those carrying/wearing these devices will be given the option to surrender their music device to a designated race official prior to the start
Surrendered devices may be claimed after the race. Participants that choose not to surrender their device will be disqualified from the race and their finishing times will not appear in the official race results, nor will they be eligible for any awards.
Directions: Merritt Parkway to Exit 37, follow Rt. 124 north through town center, up hill and around 90 degree right. Nature Center on the left. Pre-registration $11, day of race $13 (please bring exact change or check payable to "Equinox Race").
